FOMO Memberships — the terms

1. Price and billing. FOMO Regular £49, FOMO Squad £99, FOMO Student £39 a month for the first 50 to join, kept for as long as you stay; £59, £119 and £49 from member 51. Paid monthly by card through Stripe: the first payment when you join, then on the same date each month.
2. Minimum term. Two months. After that it rolls monthly.
3. Cancelling. Any time after the minimum, from Manage on your card. It runs to the end of the month you have paid for; no refunds for part months.
4. What you get. One visit a month on us (three between you on a Squad): any room, up to two hours, the whole group. After that, every room at £18.75 an hour. Monday to Thursday all day, Friday 2 to 6pm; one visit a day; hours after two at the room's normal weekday rate; over 12 in a large suite, £5 a head an hour as usual.
5. Exclusions. Membership pricing does not apply on bank holidays or on Eid (Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha), and does not include the XL Suite. Those are at the normal price.
6. Squad. Three named phones, one of them the card holder; one room at a time; names can be changed at the desk once a month.
7. Student. A valid student ID on the door the first time you visit; without it the membership pauses until we see one.
8. Failed payments. Your card is retried for seven days and the perks pause meanwhile; if it still has not cleared, the membership ends. A membership that ends inside its minimum cannot start again for six months.
9. Personal and not transferable; no cash value; house rules apply; food and drink from our menu only.
10. We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. A price change never applies inside your minimum.
